The two faces of Victor Yushchenko, shows the price paid for desiring a free democratic Independent Ukraine. The facial disfiguration was result of poisoning by dioxin during the Presidential campaign. Mr. Yushchenko became a victim because he was a threat to those who do not wish to see a truly free Ukraine. Mr. Yushchenko today is a symbol of the price that still needs to be paid for an Independent Ukraine. |
